Wij hebben een huis aangekocht en verkocht via Boot Makelaars en zijn enorm goed geholpen. We konden voor al onze vragen terecht. En zelfs toen wij met spoed nog 1 formulier nodig hadden kwam de makelaar die zelfs in de avond nog brengen om te zorgen dat alles geregeld is! Iedereen enorm bedankt. Terrible company, threatening us through other tenants. Mr. Boot doesn't want to resolve things properly and threatens with sanctions and bkrs.

Boot is a real big scammer, I rented a beautiful garage box, there was some delay due to serious illness, I just wanted to pay but was immediately threatened by Boot's son, supposedly a collection agency, they called me from an anonymous number and threatened me. The key was picked up earlier by his son and already sublet, as evidenced by nearby tenants, while I had still paid this month. Furthermore, I am not getting my deposit back from the original rental contract. I wouldn't do business with him myself. Absolute no-go.

Had a very bad experience. Customer service was terrible. We had to wait an extremely long time, and were treated rudely as well. Prices are far too high for very poor quality! Definitely not recommended!
