Hoewel het hele traject even intensief en spannend was, heeft ze alles van A tot Z snel, vakkundig en persoonlijk geregeld, begeleid of ons van advies voorzien. We hebben er terecht het volste vertrouwen in gehad en ons nergens zorgen hoeven maken. Een dikke tien voor Tess!

We hebben Tess als een zeer kundige en prettige makelaar ervaren. Vanaf het eerste tot nu toe het laatste contactmoment was alles helder en transparant. Alle vragen konden we haar ook via WhatsApp stellen en daar werd wanneer er tijd was op gereageerd. Alle momenten in het kantoor van de makelaar ging het soepel en kundig. Erg prettig om van de Zande als makelaar te hebben.

We kenden Tess al van de verkoop van een eerder woning dus we wisten wat we konden verwachten. Ze heeft wel een sterke mening, welke strategie van verkoop te gebruiken maar uiteindelijk is de verkoper de "baas". Fijn contact gehad en het huis was voor een goede prijs verkocht, ook niet geheel onbelangrijk.

Het contact met de makelaar was zeer goed. Wij zijn heel tevreden. Ook over de fotograaf. Die was heel meedenkend en gaf goede tips. We hebben veel complimenten gehad over de foto's.

Het contact was prima. Afspraken werden nagekomen en de gedane inspanningen voldeden goed. Kortom een prettig persoon om mee te werken.

We zijn tevreden over onze makelaar. Vooral de goede bereikbaarheid en snelle reactietijd was prettig. We vonden de initiële vraagprijs wat aan de lage kant en hebben deze in goed overleg iets hoger ingezet.
