We were enormously misled during the purchase of a new-build home by Hans Janssen. They indicated a quick build time: transfer of ownership of the land 6 weeks before the start of construction and then a build time of 8 months. They also advertised this on Facebook and LinkedIn. The build time turned out to be 1 year and 10 months after signing. 1 extra year of double monthly expenses.
