Janrico and Nick have been extremely helpful! They are patient and attentive. They helped us find a house without us being in the Netherlands - which is extremely rare, but they saved the day. They went to viewings on our behalf, sent us videos and photos until we found a house we liked. We sent them a large sum of money without ever having seen them, to pay the deposit for the house, they were super correct and honest. After we had moved, they helped us with all our contracts (water, electricity, etc.). I cannot stress enough how much they have helped.
