They advertise a lot and let them come to you for viewings, and then after a few days they say, 'yes landlord doesn't want to rent the building to new businesses.' I responded to an advertisement they had posted on funda business. After 4 days, I still hadn't been contacted. Subsequently, I initiated contact myself. I was told that someone would contact me. Waited 2 days and still heard nothing. Then I contacted them again but until today, still nothing! Poor company, now the owner of the building might lose a potential tenant!
