very bad experience - tap of our bathroom left open during viewing - a lot of damage due to moisture and then an arrogant attitude and lying. The reaction from the owner says enough. To complete the picture: icicles hung from the windowsill due to condensation while it was winter. All painting work has to be done, a lot of moisture in our hallway and on the walls. And then as a response that this is annoying for us??? And then mentioning the amount of money in the reaction? Do you think everything will be alright with money? No, that's not how it works: No apologies and denial initially. I had to drive myself to your office to discuss this and I can tell you that the atmosphere was bleak and your willingness to help was far to be found.
