It's our first experience of selling a house…(quite something) But we were very well guided by the real estate agent (Manon had complete confidence). Everything was very exciting for us, there were only a few viewings, but Manon knew exactly how to select the right candidate.(despite a slightly higher offer from another). Still, it went according to Manon's and our own feelings. We are ultimately very happy with that.

Satisfied, sales went very quickly. Possibly at the expense of yield, but I'm not sure about that and didn't mind.

They provide incorrect dimensions regarding the garden (which is 15 m long) that you buy, and if you complain about it, they state that you should have been able to measure that yourself and that they are not responsible.
