Leonie is erg prettig (én gezellig) om mee samen te werken. Ze reageert snel en is ook in de weekenden - inclusief tijdsverschil vanwege onze vakantie in het buitenland - goed te bereiken. Met KIJCK weet je waar je aan toe bent met een transparante prijs voor alle diensten. Ons huis was ook nog eens hartstikke snel verkocht. Kortom, zeer tevreden over KIJCK!

Uitstekend geholpen door Amarenske en Leonie. Goede foto’s en video. Duidelijke communicatie, afspraken worden stipt nagekomen. Deze makelaar werkt met een vast tarief en dat vind ik een groot voordeel.

Er zijn diverse makelaars langs gekomen waaronder Amarenske van Kijck makelaars. Door het contact met haar, het goed in de markt zetten van de woning en de vergoeding die ze daar voor vragen was dit een goede keuze. Na maar enkele bezichtigen was in 1 week de woning al verkocht. Beter kan eigenlijk niet.

Ik zou niemand aanraden om voor Kijck maaklars te gaan. Ik werd zwaar door hen bedrogen. Ik weet niet zeker of het alleen de agent was die het deed, of dat het hele bedrijf erbij betrokken was. De vrouwen die zich bezighielden met de verkoop van mijn appartement namen het geld van de koper aan, logen tegen mij over de biedingen en zorgden ervoor dat mijn appartement tegen de lagere prijs werd verkocht. Omdat ze het geld van de koper aannam, werkte ze feitelijk voor de koper en vertelde me dat er geen biedingen waren en dat ze ook met mij onderhandelde over de prijs voor de koper. Ik kende het hele spel dat ze met mij speelde niet en verkocht het appartement veel goedkoper. Ik hoorde later wat ze deed, sprak er met de advocaat over, maar de advocaat zei: er kan nu niets meer aan worden gedaan omdat ik de eigendom al heb overgedragen. Het is beter om meer te betalen en voor een andere makelaar te gaan waar je op move.nl de biedingen kunt zien als er een koper biedt. Door een paar duizend euro meer te betalen aan een andere verkopende makelaar, kun je 20 tot 30k meer krijgen. Bij Kijck makelaars is het een zwarte doos, niets is transparant en je komt er niet achter of iemand de biedingen heeft gedaan of zelfs maar om de biedingen heeft gevraagd of dat ze gewoon tegen je liegen. Ik zou willen dat die agent haar karma krijgt omdat ze mij heeft bedrogen. Het doet nog steeds pijn dat ik zo erg werd bedrogen, dus wees voorzichtig allemaal.

En je wordt nog afgesnauwt ook. De vorige partij is belangrijker dan jij. Alsof jij geen potentiële koper bent. Nou nu inderdaad niet meer.
