On June 11, 2020, I had a viewing for a property. In my haste, I forgot to ask about the completion date. Upon arriving home, I called ERA Hoofddorp office and passed my question on to the receptionist. I was told I would receive a call back. Still no response that same day, so I called the receptionist again the next day. Again, she said she would pass this on and I would be called back. Today is Saturday and you guessed it.....still not called back. It baffles me how ERA Hoofddorp treats prospective buyers. According to their website, the formula of this real estate agent is characterized by customer satisfaction. I wonder how they arrive at that? I am far from satisfied!!
