Zeer tevreden over De Keizer Makelaar en speciaal over Annemarie van Benthum. Mijn huis is supersnel en goed verkocht door haar. Uiteraard heb je de juiste koper hiervoor nodig, maar ook haar kennis en kunde heeft zeker geholpen bij de verkoop van mijn huis. Ik heb een zeer prettig contact met haar en ook met haar kantoor gehad. Ik beveel deze makelaar van harte aan.

Soepel contact en zeer deskundig. Na overleg mbt de vraagprijs, hebben ze uiteindelijk een verkoopprijs weten te realiseren die er ruim boven lag. Alles ging zoals ik had gehoopt.

Tijdens verkoopproces veel kleine foutjes en onnauwkeurigheden (vooral door backoffice) en niet altijd transparant in communicatie. Dit had effect op het vertrouwen. Directe communicatie met makelaar zelf wel goed en tevreden over. Verkoopprijs viel uiteindelijk helaas tegen, lager dan ingeschatte taxatiewaarde.

Het contact met de makelaar was over het algemeen goed. Echter werden er meerdere fouten gemaakt in het koopcontract (verkeerde gegevens en koopsom), kreeg ik geen realistische inschatting voor hoeveel de studio verkocht zou kunnen worden en had hij de kosten benoemd zonder btw zodat dat achteraf voor een onaangename verrassing zorgde. De makelaar reageerde bij feedback vooral met wegwuiven van kritiek en afschuiven op de notaris.

Het huis was vlot, met goed resultaat en soepel verkocht (verkopersmarkt). Contacten liepen voortreffelijk, aangenaam en professioneel. Gaande het traject bleek wel dat de overdrachtsdatum te kort dag (3 mnd) was, omdat nog een nieuwe woning gezocht moest worden. Dit had beter gekund. P.S. Ik geef geen waarderingen van 10, omdat die onbestaanbaar zijn. Maar het effect met ERA Ritter is hetzelfde hoor.

Ze stonden zelfs af en toe in het weekend voor ons klaar. Daarom zullen wij ze ook ten aller tijden aan andere verkopers aanbevelen.
