Subsequently contacted them by phone; it was stated unfriendly that applicants are selected from all requests. I find this remarkable, as I reacted as one of the first. Also via WhatsApp, there is silence. I would not entrust my property to this party, which is a shame, because you lose potential buyers that way. Should the owner of Stalnet 3, 3192 DJ, Hoogvliet Rotterdam read this: things will not progress with this selling agent; in my opinion, a wrong choice was made.

Ik raad dit verhuurbedrijf ten zeerste af. Ik bezocht een van hun appartementen voor een bezichtiging en in eerste instantie leek alles in orde. De secretaresse vroeg me echter om €350 vooruit te betalen om mijn documenten naar de verhuurder te sturen, met de belofte van €250 terugbetaling als de verhuurder mijn aanvraag zou afwijzen. De verhuurder keurde mijn aanvraag goed, maar het huurcontract dat ze me aanboden was zeer onprofessioneel. Het contract bevatte meerdere fouten en onredelijke clausules, zoals dat de huurder verantwoordelijk was voor de verzekering, schade aan de buitenkant van het pand en afschrijving van de cv-ketel. Kortom, het contract was onacceptabel en niet rechtsgeldig. Bovendien zetten ze me onder druk om het contract vóór 1 juni te ondertekenen, terwijl ze het pas op 29 mei naar me hadden opgestuurd, waardoor ik geen redelijke tijd had om het te bekijken. Toen ik mijn €250 terugvroeg, reageerden ze helemaal niet meer. Dit verhuurbedrijf handelt te kwader trouw – vermijd ze ten koste van alles.

Gijs Roos is very unprofessional. I had registered for a new construction project in Zwijndrecht for a specific number. On the day of my appointment, I discovered that the house had already been reserved for someone else. Disappointed, I registered for another house for the same project and discussed all wishes including extra options such as an extension etc. Never heard anything from this fine gentleman. I think I would have had a better chance with this fine gentleman if I had a beautiful Dutch surname or looked different. But well, everything happens for a reason. The week after that, I viewed my dream home and everything is now settled. It should have gone like that.

He understands business and is very experienced. He thinks well with you and has a lot of experience with the local market. Is very pleasant to deal with.

In the current housing market, a house sells itself, regardless of its condition. This also became apparent from the treatment we received as potential buyers. See below the account that I expressed to Bremavo and decide for yourself whether you find such service adequate if you choose to use their services. - Tuesday (last week) we view the property and the real estate agent informs us that there is a deadline of +/- 12:00 Friday for receiving any potential bid, and that we would receive clarity that same day regarding the acceptance or rejection of the offer. As evidenced by our bid, we offered without reservation of financing and were therefore unable to place a bid on another house as long as we had not received a negative or positive message concerning this sale. This was to great dissatisfaction. - We only received the brochure on Wednesday, so after the viewing. - The bid was submitted by email, for which I was not allowed to receive an acknowledgement of receipt. Until Monday, we were therefore in uncertainty whether our bid had even been received. - Last Saturday, I called twice between 10:00 and 12:00, no answer. - Today I called again in the morning to inquire about the status. I was supposed to be called back around noon. - A few hours later, I called again because I hadn't been called back. Then it was indicated that I would be called around 3:30 PM. This phone call also remains unanswered. - Now I see that I received a highly impersonal email at 3:50 PM with a rejection of the bid. This email notably ended up in spam. Now, of course, you don't have to do anything with the above story, but if there is a way to ruin the ''reputable'' reputation mentioned on your website, it is through this approach to potential buyers.

Multiple times called to ask for information about renting a property from them in Zwijndrecht. Multiple times promised to call back, last time yesterday the same story again. Eventually did receive an email back but no response to my substantive question. Subsequently responded to the email asking if they perhaps had other properties that met my requirements, never heard anything back. I also run a business myself, but this is not how you treat potential clients; getting a client is easy, but retaining them is a second. Is it really so much to ask to answer an email from a potential client? Look, and if you don't feel like it, that’s fine, just be honest about it, don’t act so pathetic. There are other companies/brokers who *are* enthusiastic! I do NOT recommend these people to anyone.

Although we were satisfied with the advice and guidance from Rob when purchasing our first house, the experience with our second house was downright bad. After the purchase, it turned out that 35,000 euros too little mortgage had been requested, forcing us to cover this amount ourselves. To get our money back, we were forced to take out a new loan at a significantly higher interest rate. Rob refused to take responsibility. We could never have prevented the mistake ourselves, because the 35,000 shortfall was only visible in a document in his system that we had never seen before. He doesn't respond to emails or phone calls, and he only answers if you call from an unknown number. After a long battle, we finally ended it with great dissatisfaction. More than 14 months after the purchase, we discovered that the appraisal invoice had never been paid. This should have actually appeared on the final statement with the notary. This entire experience with Rob has cost us tremendous stress, time and money. We look back on this period with deep disappointment.

Waiting for the refund of my cancelled contract for over 4+ months. After repeatedly receiving poor service when submitting a bid (my bid was submitted too late and not taken into account!). Sick, flu, accountant - all excuses.

After the divorce, the mortgage had to be adjusted. For this, I went to Bakker Advies. Mr. Bakker was very quick to send an invoice but that was also the only thing he was quick about. After a year, the matter was not settled, which caused me problems. He also ignored my phone calls and messages. Ultimately, I went to another agency.

Although there were some issues during the purchase of our house, completely outside his fault, he really did everything to get it done anyway but unfortunately…. Hats off! NEVER AGAIN!!!!! Spent 14 months working with a second mortgage. Rob Bakker is not available by phone, forward email 1 to 1 from the lender. You have to chase things yourself because yes, industry jargon?! And what do you even need to submit??. He repeatedly fails to review the documents we provide and you hear 5 weeks later that a box wasn't ticked. That could continue for a while. And through our experience, we now also know that we are not the only ones who are dissatisfied with his unprofessional work and negligence. But above all, his unavailability has caused so much frustration. Once paid (because yes, he does pursue his own money) customer friendliness is nowhere to be found.
