The selling party was additionally put under considerable pressure to respond to a proposal by 17:00 hours on the same working day. Ultimately, the goal is not to have one's own vision and exert pressure, but to reach a good and appropriate deal regarding buyer and seller. Annet may be unable to adequately pursue this as a purchasing agent. Concluding, not recommended
