Lazy realtor, not of this time. We had decided to buy a house at number 77 for €525,000 in Clinge, explaining that we still lived in Italy. We asked him to arrange a video visit. They don't do that! He was going to call us back... but never heard from this gentleman again. We bought a house via a video call with another realtor. In my opinion, this man does not keep appointments.

Afterwards, I received an extensive written explanation of how he arrived at his valuation of my house, which was very pleasant. From the moment the house was actually for sale on funda, it took quite some time before it was sold. But all in all, I am very satisfied with Brandax. They only employ friendly people who also think along with you. Therefore, I definitely recommend Brandax.

Bad realtor. Absolutely not keeping his word. Bitterly few or no candidates, also never had direct contact when I sold my house. But charged me a double commission while he never managed to realize a sale. Not recommended, major mafia practices are what he does to people. Pocketing money is what makes them happy. 😄😄😄
