Mijn vriendin en ik hebben een fantastische ervaring gehad met Etienne en Esther van Haarlemsche Huizen Makelaars. Het zoeken en kopen van een huis in Nederland als pas geëmigreerde is geen gemakkelijke opgave. We hadden veel hulp nodig en die hebben we zeker van hen gekregen. Ze hebben het onmogelijke gedaan: binnen een paar maanden een huis voor ons gevonden! En niet zomaar een huis – hét huis van onze dromen! We zijn dolgelukkig en ontzettend dankbaar. Toen wij afgelopen voorjaar besloten als starters op zoek te gaan naar een huis op de verhitte Haarlemse huizenmarkt kregen we van meerdere bekenden 'Haarlemsche Huizen' aangeraden. We zijn ontzettend blij met deze keuze, want Etienne & Esther van HH hebben het voor elkaar gekregen dat we ons eerste huis hebben kunnen kopen in slechts een paar maanden tijd! Er waren enkele technische complexiteiten aan dit charmante, 125 jaar oude huis die ons hoofd boven water hielden, en Etienne heeft zijn best gedaan om ons zoveel mogelijk informatie te geven, zodat we een weloverwogen beslissing konden nemen. Zijn communicatieve en strategische vaardigheden zijn ook uitstekend. De samenwerking met hem verliep zeer efficiënt en effectief. It is the second time that we are engaging Esther and Etienne for the purchase of a new house and this time also the sale of our current house.
