In hun advertentie stond niets over het energielabel van de woning en over de ramen, die enkel glas hadden. Bovendien wil Sonar na 4 jaar het appartement terug in de staat waarin het zich 4 jaar geleden bevond. We hebben het appartement zelf schoongemaakt, maar er was toch nog wat vuil omdat we niet onder de bank konden schoonmaken, die te zwaar was om te verplaatsen. Daarom willen ze de helft van mijn borg inhouden en de rest voor schoonmaak. Ik ben zeer ontevreden over hoe ze dit hebben aangepakt.
