They are not really a real estate agent, since they only lay the contacts between landlords and potential tenants, but they do take care of the apartment inspection and key handover. Emy is very friendly and has helped me excellently with scheduling the registration. All in all a good experience with their services.

Het team van Hausing heeft me door dit proces heen geholpen – wat voor iedereen frustrerend was. Ik heb een aantal negatieve recensies gelezen en wil benadrukken dat er in deze branche nu eenmaal dingen misgaan. De vraag is hoe je daarop reageert. Ik vind Hausing een goede partner om mee samen te werken, maar uiteindelijk is het ook aan de verhuurders om hun deel te doen; het is immers een samenwerking. Dat was me alleen nooit gelukt; hun advies over het bod was echt doorslaggevend. Wat ik vooral fijn vond, was de bereikbaarheid. Via de appgroep kon ik alles vragen en ik kreeg altijd bijna direct antwoord. Zelfs toen de overdracht opeens heel snel moest en ik nog een notaris zocht, dachten ze mee en regelden ze iemand die op die korte termijn kon passeren. De mensen bij Immobilia zijn niet alleen professioneel, maar ook echt persoonlijk betrokken. Ze zijn open en eerlijk over wat je kunt verwachten en ze staan er op de momenten dat het er echt om spant. Ik ben ontzettend dankbaar voor mijn nieuwe huis en geniet er nog elke dag van.
