Not recommended! You pay less, but also get a lot less service according to my experience. The service is really minimal. Maybe it works well for a standard apartment. In my case (a bit less desired neighborhood in Amsterdam, row house) it was a big disappointment. Leonie came to meet me, nice conversation, and clearly answered YES when I asked if she would be the real estate agent and do the viewings. Then, a few days before the scheduled date for the viewings, there was suddenly another name in the portal. I called to ask how this came about, because this person didn't know the house yet, and I would not be present. This was handled very lightly on the phone. I had to take time off work anyway, and in advance arranged a tour and information session. This employee came across as very uninterested, asked no questions, and seemed unmotivated. Result: 2 viewings, no offers. And further: I had to collect the for-sale sign myself from the office, hang it up myself (the alternative was that they would put it up on the day of the viewing, which is illogical). No information about open house days. Never heard anything from Leonie about why she had sent someone else without consulting me. When I called the office to say that I would be looking for another real estate agent, I was called back within a few minutes by Leonie, with the story that she had been last-minute prevented and therefore had scheduled someone else... without communicating with me. I didn't get a good feeling from this and switched to another real estate agent. Result: dozens of viewings, multiple offers and the house was sold for a very good price. Conclusion: a lot of time lost and ultimately also money (500 euros deposit, non-refundable). A lot of frustration. I would not do it again!

The only disadvantage might be that you opt for the click with one person, but then have to deal with multiple brokers within a team and therefore don't always know if you also chose the person who is doing the viewings at that moment.
