Bedankt, Chey & Sharon! Toen wij begonnen met onze zoektocht naar een huis, verliep het redelijk stroef. Vaak waren we te laat voor een bezichtiging of was het huis al verkocht voordat het op Funda stond. Daarom besloten we een aankoopmakelaar in te schakelen, ondanks dat we eerst dachten het zelf te kunnen. Achteraf bleek dit de slimste keuze die we hadden kunnen maken. We gingen op zoek naar een aankoopmakelaar die actief was in de buurten waar wij zochten. Na het versturen van 14 e-mails planden we 10 kennismakingsgesprekken in. Elke makelaar had wel een goed verhaal, of ze nu werkten bij een groot kantoor of als zelfstandig makelaar. Sommige waren heel proactief, terwijl anderen juist terughoudend waren en pas tijdens een tweede afspraak actief mee zouden zoeken. Wij wilden echter iemand die direct met ons mee zou denken en ons zou helpen om snel te reageren op nieuwe woningen. Tijdens de gesprekken viel er één makelaar op: Chey & Sharon van Swaneveld Estate. Ze vroegen ons hoe we het zouden aanpakken met de overbrugging van vaste lasten en hoe ons budget daarbij paste. Dat niveau van meedenken hadden we bij geen enkele andere makelaar gezien. Op dat moment wisten we eigenlijk al dat we voor hen zouden kiezen, ondanks dat er ook andere kandidaten waren waar we een goed gevoel bij hadden. Het feit dat zij ons konden doorverwijzen naar een financieel adviseur om ons verder te begeleiden, was een extra pluspunt. Toen begon de zoektocht, of beter gezegd: de jacht van ons leven. In het begin hadden we strenge eisen qua wijken en type huizen. Maar naarmate de zoektocht vorderde, kwamen we erachter dat onze wensen niet helemaal aansloten bij de realiteit. De huizen die we in gedachten hadden, waren vaak te klein of niet praktisch bereikbaar voor een gezin met een jong kind. Gelukkig dachten Chey & Sharon hierin goed met ons mee. Ze gaven advies over wat wel en niet verstandig was en hielpen ons te ontdekken wat écht belangrijk voor ons was. Dankzij hun begeleiding kregen we steeds meer inzicht in waar we op moesten letten, en begrepen zij steeds beter wat wij zochten. Uiteindelijk vonden we ons droomhuis. Zonder Chey & Sharon was dit nooit gelukt, zeker niet bij dit huis. Ook na de aankoop werden we fantastisch begeleid. I would never recommend Remax to my friends and family. We had a bad experience with them when we bought our first house. The communication with the person who was supposed to help us was very poor.
