De makelaar werd opdringerig, er was weinig ruimte om alle goed door te nemen, heeft zonder overleg het verkoopconcept naar een derde persoon doorgestuurd omdat mijn zus en ik er te lang overdeden om te tekenen. Daarnaast heeft de makelaar tweemaal benoemt dat wij voor hem een lastig dossier zijn! Sorry omdat wij niet snel genoeg tekenen en er onduidelijkheid was met betrekking tot het executeurschap, wat door een advocaat nagekeken is, vind ik het pijnlijk om als klant te hore…

The realtor's guidance was perfect. Always reachable (also on weekends), easy contact and very expert. The support from the local office was moderate. We had to send reminders ourselves, there were spelling errors in the brochure texts and incorrect dates were communicated. The sales result was perfect so overall we are content.
