The real estate agent we had chosen, Mr. Smit, turned out to have a full schedule. The viewing and handling could not be done by himself but had to be taken over by his colleague. Very regrettable. We missed the personal contact and we had to do everything ourselves. Given the high fee he asked for, we were quite disappointed in the guidance. We had expected a proactive, customer-oriented approach and in practice it turned out differently. Very sorry.

This broker is not flexible and doesn't think along with you either. They don't have enough information about their houses. If there are problems regarding the sale, they don't want to help you. I would never recommend this 'Broker'. They might as well file for bankruptcy how bad they are. They do not deserve a star.

In response to Ms. Christel. As the selling party via this broker, I would like to state that Ms.'s reaction is completely exaggerated and not truthful. After the sale, Ms. initiated a discussion to have costs she herself incurred reimbursed. At the notary's office, it was emphatically verified that the purchase agreement was approved and that Ms. had every opportunity to inspect the property. She fully agreed with this. Now addressing the broker is a form of misplaced retaliation without reason. This broker is certainly flexible, and the given reaction is nonsense.
