We placed a search assignment, but I found my current home after a tip from Reimon (which fell outside of my search assignment). We weren't so happy with the asking price he proposed, and we were free to adjust it, but Reimon convinced us to do it according to his proposal anyway. Reimon really knows what he's talking about and is honest and open. Our house sold for more than expected, and all the credit goes to Reimon. Truly recommended.
