I would not choose Adriaanssen real estate again and/or recommend it to others. The house was ultimately sold for a good price, but the process leading up to that was incredibly messy. This was my first time selling a house, so everything was exciting, and you hope to be guided a bit. Forget about that. Listed: 1) unwilling to take the time for you. 2) repeatedly late for viewings. 3) important VVE/mortgage rules not in order, causing the sale to fall through once and almost not happening the second time. 4) Too easy in communication and brushes things aside. A lot of 'it will be alright'. But sometimes... it doesn't work out. Conclusion: messy and certainly didn’t provide stress-free support for a first sale.

De makelaar, Steffan Kok, was zeer deskundig en betrokken. Hij heeft me goed bijgestaan tijdens het hele proces. Alles is naar tevredenheid verlopen.

Het gedrag van het makelaarskantoor is verdacht. Ze zetten ons onder druk om een koopovereenkomst te tekenen zonder belangrijke informatie over de woning te delen. Volgens hen zijn de officiële documenten in orde en beschikbaar, maar ze hebben die nooit aan ons doorgestuurd. Zelfs de documenten die wettelijk verplicht zijn, hebben we al meerdere keren opgevraagd, maar daar geven ze telkens geen duidelijk antwoord op. Er klopt hier duidelijk iets niet.

De verkoop van het appartement verliep naar verwachting. Alles verliep soepel en bij aanvang samen de aanpak besproken. Uiteindelijk is de verkoop snel verlopen zonder problemen.

Het contact was uitstekend en boven verwachting. Een absolute aanrader. Ze zijn zeer vriendelijk, deskundig, meedenkend en enthousiast. Afspraken worden nagekomen en er wordt snel gehandeld.
