We ultimately sold our house well, but feel that this is mainly due to ourselves. The appraiser's valuation proved much too low in retrospect - if we had followed that advice, we would have missed out on a considerably better sales result. We chose this realtor from three candidates because of a good rapport and visibility in the neighborhood, but unfortunately practice didn’t live up to expectations. After weeks of radio silence, we had to ask for the order confirmation ourselves. During the Zibber photoshoot, an employee of the realtor unexpectedly visited. Not to watch the photos being taken, but to view the house itself, making them a disturbance. The sales texts were weak and, to our astonishment, we were told that writing texts is not part of the realtor’s core business. Ultimately, we completely rewrote the texts ourselves to make them appealing. Via Move, we received no statistics, there was no explanation of extra Funda promotion options, and nobody responded to repeated requests for the original photos. We did not receive a brochure, there was no festive go-live moment, no 'For Sale' sign when the property appeared on Funda, and our house was also never visible in the realtor’s office window display. The further execution was also sloppy. For the first viewings, they didn’t have the key ready and basic information (such as the original position of the washing machine connection) was missing. The bidding process was not discussed beforehand, the first bid was not confirmed, bids were not made transparent, and we never saw the motivation texts from the bidders. Moreover, it was often said “we will keep you informed,” but that didn’t happen - we usually only received updates when we called ourselves. In summary: we lacked direction, transparency and proactivity - exactly what you expect from a realtor, but unfortunately did not experience.

Very low, unrealistic valuation performed. For the assessed amount, I would like to buy a number of similar properties!! 25/11/20 response to Pascal Vermeer It also doesn't state that I am the client....but your company did really perform an unrealistically low valuation and this is not a misunderstanding!
