As the purchasing party, we have had moderate experience with state [legal entities]. Poorly drafted and legally incorrect purchase agreement. Multiple articles (without any objection) were allowed to be modified. This naturally says enough about the intentions with which it was drawn up and its quality. If we hadn't done that, it would have cost us 8000 euros more, while the original legal article granted this entitlement to the purchasing party. Rewriting this without sharing it with the purchasing party is not chic. All in all, we had 8 articles rewritten because there were errors in them, references to appendices where the name was incorrect and/or not added. Furthermore, even when indicating that you are only going to borrow 70%, questioning whether the purchasing party can afford it. Then you publicly doubt. I would not recommend this party.

What we found somewhat annoying was that we didn't have one fixed broker. After consultation, this has been better addressed.

Today I was with my friend at a house in Oud Heusden where we were neatly on time. However, no real estate agent was present but the door was opened by a pool who turned out to be renting the house. The house was filthy and unsuitable for a viewing. After about 10 minutes, we left again and still no real estate agent. At 9:14 AM, Tim Mulders from Staete Makelaars called to point out that he understood we had already left and that it was a waste of his time. In response to our comment that the house looked 'neat', he immediately indicated that this was meant sarcastically, meaning it was known that the house was not presentable. Conclusion; unprofessional and disrespectful approach towards potential buyers.
