HLDR Agent is the worst agent. I would have given less than half a star if that had been possible. Do not hire him for the purchase or sale of the house or chalet. I hired him last year for the sale of my chalet in Europarcs, but because it was a leasehold chalet, the agent himself acted as notary. After the chalet had been transferred to the buyer, the agent did not transfer the remaining amount of €42,000 from the €100,000 sales price. I had to file a lawsuit and hire a law firm to get the money back. The lawsuit is still ongoing. I can provide all the evidence to anyone who contacts me and needs proof to verify my statement. There was a bad review a month ago, but it has now been removed. So somehow the agent manipulates the reviews. Therefore only good reviews are visible and the bad reviews are deleted.
