I ended up at JP Ram through a recommendation from an acquaintance to refinance my mortgage. I'm now 2.5 months further and nothing has been arranged, which could have various causes but the communication about this is frankly terrible. I’ve tried to reach someone via WhatsApp, email, phone or a message through the receptionist. You only get called back once on the same day if you threaten to switch to another provider. I'm fed up with it, I've been patient enough but this just isn't professional. Apparently, there is enough work that you treat your customers like this.

Extreem onprofessionele service. De makelaar had weinig tot geen kennis van de woning en kon me zelfs niet vertellen of de vaatwasser werkte. Ik heb wel een bod uitgebracht, maar na twee weken wachten zonder reactie besloot ik contact op te nemen. Toen werd me verteld dat ze vergeten waren te reageren. Mijn zoektocht naar een woning liep onnodig twee weken vertraging op door de incompetentie van deze amateurs die duidelijk alleen maar snel geld willen verdienen. Vermijd deze prutsers ten koste van alles!
