Last week I made an appointment for a viewing for a house. And then you get called the evening before that the house has been sold. I think it's a bad thing for a real estate agent to make appointments and still not give everyone a chance to submit a bid for a house.

In December 2020, we were able to buy a house in Ulft because I came into contact with Roger from Vivendo through a friend. Luckily, because of incompetence and negligence of a bungler at another financial advisory firm, they almost made us lose this house! Besides the fact that he is an incredibly nice guy with whom we immediately had a good connection, he knows how to achieve his goals by taking just one extra step. He knows the market like no other and approaches the right people to achieve the maximum desired result. On every question I asked (and there were quite a few), I received a response that same day.
