My assessment of this real estate agent is based on an experience relating to a new construction project. The allocation procedure is anything but transparent. Promises are made that are not kept, and an agreed appointment is cancelled without mercy. This concerns the biggest purchase of your life. The rules seem to change every time, this way of working is really not okay. Accurate, reliable and honest do not appear in their dictionary. The complaint has been lodged with Postma Makelaars, they have (via email) offered apologies for the lack of clarity. We no longer trust this real estate agent thanks to this very unpleasant experience.

The contact went smoothly. The assessment of the housing market and value turned out to be well in line with the ultimately realized selling price. The office and our real estate agent are helpful and friendly and always ready to assist with questions.

Despite the fact that we actually looked for a broker late, Postma was willing to help us. Repairs in selling the house were also resolved. The back door even opened so my 97-year-old father didn't have to go through the rain.
