The realtor was nice enough, but communication was poor. After the sale of the property, they were also unfortunately no longer reachable to honor appointments or even respond to any questions.

Leaks, property painted after accepting the offer to conceal the leaks, electrical connections made with speaker wire, earthquake damage claimed after accepting the offer etc. etc.
