04 Apr 2025Very pleasant experiences with this real estate agency. Four years ago, when we were house hunting without a buyer's agent, we came into contact with this office twice. Then still as representative of the selling party. They were by far the nicest agents we encountered. Finally someone who takes the time for you. Honest and complete in their answers. Senses whether you want the house. Also come across as friendly and especially human. Not the idea that they want to inflate the housing market, although ultimately it is: what the fool will pay. But they are not crazy when it comes to real estate. Furthermore smooth in dealing with each other, dare to make a joke, but at all times professional. It's a shame Christine no longer works there. But Wouter does, luckily. So this office was engaged for the sale of our current and purchase of a new home. Delighted with this choice. In short: pleasant to deal with again, keep their heads cool, easily accessible, clear/favorable rates. And very happy with the photographer they have hired! Our thanks are great!

Was open and transparent in communication and had good tips to make our house ready for sale. Also a shoutout to the front and back-Office. In short, we definitely recommend Riant Real Estate.

Online on Funda within a week with beautiful photos and texts. Purchase contract signed within two weeks. Good guidance and pleasant contact. If it ever comes to that again. We will choose Riant again!

You say what you are going to renovate and change in the house is not included in the report. And using references from over 4 years ago. And paying heavily for it. Definitely not recommended...
