The house is sold, however every self-respecting real estate agent can sell a house. Before the house was sold, there were indeed short lines. However after that, I had to run around everywhere and emails weren't answered or I wasn't called back. This whole process was new to me and the real estate agent was aware of that, so a bit more extra service would have been nice.

Even though it was certainly not my first purchase, I've never learned as much from a purchase as this one. I viewed several properties with Alice and also made offers. Voordat je in zee gaat met Woonzeker, houd dan rekening met het volgende: Woonzeker is onderdeel van PRMD Beheer B.V.: “van verhuurstrategie tot het verhuur klaar maken van een object, van de volledige huuradministratie tot onderhoud en incassotrajecten.” 
Kortom, Woonzeker = PRMD. Waar Woonzeker (gewoon PRMD dus) via Google’s reviews gemiddeld een 4,5 scoort, ga je bij ingang van contract ook in zee met PRMD’s onderhoud, beheer, incasso, borg etc.; zij scoren een 1,6 via Google’s reviews. Een korte samenvatting; gebruikers zitten maandenlang zonder stroom, water of elektriciteit, negeren telefoons en mails, klantonvriendelijk, onopgeloste reparaties (wisselend van weken tot maanden), dit heeft o.a. geleidt tot lange blootstelling aan schimmel, aanhoudende lekkages en erger. Zie zelf de reviews indien je niet overtuigd bent. Zelf heb ik mijn borg nooit meer terug gezien, na talloze telefoontjes en mailcontact Houd er bij voorbaat alvast rekening mee dat je je borg niet terug krijgt en dat je dat geld kwijt bent. PRMD is niets minder dan een crimineel bedrijf dat zich aan de voorkant als Woonzeker presenteert als een nette verhuurder. Maar niets is minder waar. 

Pas op waar je mee in zee gaat dus. Ik raad Woonzeker sterk af. For English readers: Before partnering with Woonzeker, keep the following in mind: Woonzeker is part of PRMD Beheer B.V.: "from rental strategy to rental readiness, from the complete rental administration to maintenance and collection processes." In short, Woonzeker = PRMD. Whereas Woonzeker (just PRMD that is) scores an average of 4.5 via Google's reviews, when you enter contract you also enter PRMD's maintenance, management, collection, security deposit etc.; they score a 1.6 via Google's reviews. A brief summary; users are without power, water or electricity for months, ignore phones and emails, customer unfriendly, unresolved repairs (varying from weeks to months), this has included long exposure to mold, persistent leaks and worse. Please check the reviews if you're not convinced. I myself never saw my deposit (1000+ euro’s) back, after numerous phone calls and emails. Keep in mind in advance that you will not get your deposit back and you will lose that money. PRMD is nothing short of a criminal company that presents itself on the front end as Woonzeker as a decent landlord. But nothing could be further from the truth. 

So be careful what you partner with. I strongly advice against Woonzeker.

People, I warn you, don't rent anything from this realtor and especially not the property at Goudenregenplantsoen 66. I lived there for almost 2 years but was treated so badly by this realtor and the owner. That owner is just not right, he doesn't show up when there are defects; I sat without TV for almost 2 months and the house has such bad dampness everywhere, leaks, and it smells. So people, you have been warned, don’t rent and especially not through this realtor. I am glad I left and in time; I didn't live comfortably there, and the stairs to upstairs are dangerously unsafe. After much complaining, I got my deposit back but a lot less because as I said that owner is just not right. Now they are asking 1400 euros p.m., far too high for a property like this. Don’t do it

What I think of this realtor is beyond words, they are super bad and do nothing for you when you're in trouble and work against you and exclude you together with the landlord, and when you call they don't answer and never call back, and on top of that they threaten and swear. Erg blij met de de begleiding en hulp vanuit Wooncompany! Communicatie was duidelijk en we werden erg goed begeleid in het proces.

De afgelopen twee jaar heeft wooncompany ons leven in de meest positieve zin geholpen. In eerste instantie met het vinden/kopen van een huis, waarbij wij wooncompany op advies van een oude kennis opdracht hadden gegeven tot aankoopmakelaar. Uiteindelijk hebben we ons 1e droomhuis, midden centrum den haag met tuin #1 funda etc, gekocht, dit was nooit gelukt zonder de kalmte, vertrouwen en expertise van Sander en zijn team. Wij adviseren om zelf wel goed te zoeken maar als je iets hebt wat bij je past, meteen Wooncompany inschakelen. Zelfs 5minuten voor het laatste bod heeft Sander ons nog behoed voor een te hoog bod wat uiteindelijk perfect bleek. Scheelt vele duizenden euros. Dat is vakmanschap. Toeval wil dat onze wegen afgelopen maand weer kruisen. Ditmaal zakelijk. Lang verhaal kort: wooncompany heeft het oprecht weer voor elkaar gekregen iets bijna onhaalbaars voor ons te realiseren. Ze hebben het vertrouwen gehouden, en ons de juiste weg gewezen. zonder daarin dwingend te zijn of een verborgen belang te hebben. Wij gaan nu een waanzinnig winkelpand huren dankzij en met de hulp van wooncompany Ik heb geen enkel persoonlijk belang of persoonlijke relatie tot wooncompany. Het is gewoon heel fijn gegaan allemaal.
