The house is sold, however every self-respecting real estate agent can sell a house. Before the house was sold, there were indeed short lines. However after that, I had to run around everywhere and emails weren't answered or I wasn't called back. This whole process was new to me and the real estate agent was aware of that, so a bit more extra service would have been nice.

I've had several real estate agents in my life and spoken to even more. But Alice Canoo-Tomas is the best so far. Even though it was certainly not my first purchase, I've never learned as much from a purchase as this one. I viewed several properties with Alice and also made offers. She could have been long gone from me, but she always went for the right price and what the property was actually worth. Not just outbid to get the property and then move on to the next purchase. Just good due diligence and ultimately I also found my dream home. Alice was pleasant to work with, easy to reach, did incredible due diligence, kept my wishes always in focus and was very pleasant to be around. Of course she may also handle the sale of my property. And very nice, I don't need to look for a real estate agent for the rest of my life!

I purchased my new home through Remax City. The purchase process was chaotic; a scanned pdf of the preliminary purchase agreement, very difficult to reach by phone and email, an unfriendly telephone operator, and an agenda that wasn't well maintained, and a rushed final inspection where the sales broker walked around on the phone. The gentleman who opened the door during the viewing and the structural report were very friendly, there was nothing to complain about. Fortunately, I had a good buyer's agent otherwise I think I would have been enormously panicked by this sales process.
