Het was erg prettig om met de makelaar samen te werken, geen 9 tot 5 mentaliteit, maar ook in de avonduren beschikbaar voor overleg of afspraak. De slechtste makelaar ooit gezien geen organisatie helemaal geen duidelijke informatie geeft, we hebben 1 maand eerder een huis bezocht en we hebben alle benodigde documenten opgestuurd nadat ze ons terugbelden voor wat extra documenten die we per e-mail hebben geleverd, vlak na het gesprek nadat we een e-mail hadden ontvangen dat het allemaal positief was, nadat we bijna 2 weken geen reactie hadden gehad , en we vandaag hebben gebeld en ze zeggen dat er andere mensen voor het bezoek zijn gekomen en we waren overbelast toen er maar 3 mensen waren tijdens het bezoek echt niet te geloven en de manier hoe praat ie is echt arrogant

Helaas is het niet de eerste keer dat het bij ons voorkomt. Dan wordt er belooft dat je als enige bij een woning komt kijken. “Dan zetten ze hem niet online” zo dus je eerst keuze hebt… Dan staan er ineens nog meer mensen. Persoonlijk vind ik dat erg lullig. Wat ik dan wel weer raar vind is dat het met ons huidige woning wel kon. Dat we als enige konden komen kijken. Al meerdere keren hebben wij aangeven dat je dit echt niet kunt maken. Er zat dit keer een noodzakelijke reden achter. Of ze doen ineens of ze je niet meer herkennen, maar op straat groeten ze je wel. Heel vreemd… Ik geloof ook echt wel dat er goede ervaringen met RAWO zijn. Voor ons nóóit meer!

Remans Vastgoed is among other things active in the management of various VVE associations. After a storm and a slamming door, 1 of our keys was bent. Unfortunately, there was only one thing to do: order a new key. Because it concerned a key with a certificate, the key order went through Remans. It's almost remarkable how long they took for this. On May 10, 2023, we contacted them by email and ordered the relevant key. Meanwhile, as of the moment of writing (June 18, 2023), the key is reportedly 'on its way to us', but still not in our possession. Every time we made telephone contact, the key was 'on order with Hubo'. We have a great deal of understanding for external factors that can delay the process. However, needing almost 1.5 months to have a key re-made via the hardware store is sheer incompetence. Due to the rampant incompetence at Remans, we had to rotate with 1 house key for 1.5 months. It's an understatement to say that we are not particularly impressed with this company in the meantime. There is no service here whatsoever. Now let's hope we actually get to receive the key soon! For those interested: we eventually received a key when we were about to move out. I will now briefly jump into the response from Remans Vastgoedbeheer. It is truly unacceptable how often contact has been made on behalf of Remans with us regarding removing/adjusting the review. In the response from Remans, it is mentioned that there is a necessary certificate. Of course we were aware of the certificate, which is why we also contacted Remans. Furthermore, Remans was also aware of the fact that we as tenants did not have a spare key in our possession. Moreover, the above review is entirely based on feedback from Remans themselves. Any 'inaccuracies' in this review are a direct consequence of the information provided by Remans themselves. Conclusion: the problem lies with the service and the form of communication, not with the consumer. I would greatly appreciate it if the obsessive urge to change the above review finally stops. A mistake is a mistake, take responsibility.
