Poor communication, poor photography by a photographer who clearly took pictures on automatic pilot and despite explicit requests to take specific photos, did not do so at all, and even failed to photograph what could be expected and is self-evident. Even important parts of the garden were left out, such as the back. Furthermore, the accompanying text was exceptionally poorly written. The text was very poorly structured, sounded illogical, and was full of….

Unfortunately, exceptionally one-sided property management. For years applying the maximum price index, no response to leniency requests, very slow reaction to delayed maintenance, no support during corona for the tenant, service costs one-sidedly increased due to adapted fiscal legislation. Beware if this is the manager of your (business) property! And it keeps going...: a day after we did not agree to the proposal to swallow the VAT problem of the landlord, a permit application is submitted without consultation for a parcel machine at our shop facade!
