Lured with low appraisal rates but cheap equals expensive in the long run. Appraisal quality well below standard, incorrect and incomplete. Despite agreement on expected value, the outcome only comes as a 'surprise' after the money has been transferred. Definitely not recommended if you want quality instead of just the lowest price. On October 29th, an appointment was made to have my house appraised at a rate of 325 euros. Subsequently, I received a neat confirmation that the appraisal would take place on November 12th by the intended appraiser. This appraiser then called me on November 8th to tell me that his colleague had made a mistake regarding the appraisal fee. I was presented with the choice of paying an additional 125 euros and then the appraisal would take place on November 12th. If I do not agree with the rate increase, the appraisal can be carried out 3 weeks later at the original rate of 325. Or you look for another appraiser....... The arrogance with which the message was conveyed completely stuck in my throat and I confronted the appraiser with the fact that they apparently have too much work. That was met with an arrogance like I've never seen before. I chose to let this very customer-unfriendly appraiser know that I will go for the option of finding another appraiser. People like these contribute to the bad image of, among others, appraisers and real estate agents and causes me to think that I wish them a housing market in which they are dependent on the few customers they have. In short, my experience with the appraiser from Hein Makelaars Team is very negative.

I gave 1 star because there is no option to rate lower. I rented an apartment through this office with Michel, who now has his own business and only accepts his own clients through this office. At first everything seemed okay, but here's what happened: 1. The apartment was in a terrible condition, full of mouse droppings. 2. I cleaned it myself because they couldn't find anyone over the weekend. 3. During my stay, I had problems with mice and wasps because they refused to do anything about it. They even entered my home without permission to fix something. 4. They didn't update the energy costs, causing me to pay more than necessary. 5. When I moved out, they only offered me one specific day and time because, according to them, it was too much trouble to adjust the schedule. 6. They charged me for cleaning and repairs that I did not cause. 7. Despite providing proof in the form of photos, they have not fully returned my deposit, which was more than 1500 euros... Although they claim to be honest and legal Dutch people, they exclude international renters.

We viewed an apartment in Overveen and the photos of the rental apartment did not at all match reality. The kitchen was only half as big as in the photos and the cabinets, countertop, etc., were different and quite old-fashioned. There was no dishwasher, while there was one in the photos, and moreover, there was no space to put it! In the photos, there was a bed and a wardrobe in the bedroom, but in reality there was only one bed with about 30 cm of space on each side, and that was it. I do not want to be rude, but it felt a bit like a scam.

Een prima verhuurservice voor korte verblijven - ik heb kort na mijn aankomst in januari 2025 een appartement bij hen gehuurd. Ze namen al mijn documenten in ontvangst en waren deskundig tijdens de bezichtiging en beantwoordden al mijn vragen. De verhuizing verliep ook soepel en de appartementen zien eruit zoals op de foto's. Communicatie over administratieve zaken kan wat tijd in beslag nemen en vereist mogelijk een vervolgmail of telefoontje, maar Nick reageert snel en regelt alles wanneer nodig.

Ik heb met veel gemak zes maanden een appartement gehuurd in Alkmaar via LW23. Het contact met Nick en Jorden verliep vlot en prettig; ze reageerden altijd snel en duidelijk. De woning was keurig verzorgd en wanneer er iets niet in orde was, werd het meestal binnen een week opgelost.
