As the representative of our landlord, they consistently behaved unprofessionally and did not follow the correct procedures during our tenancy. Despite us fulfilling our obligations as tenants, they withheld our full deposit based on baseless and nonsensical accusations – all of which were ultimately rejected by the court. This caused unnecessary stress and financial problems, and it became clear that they were not acting in good faith. We strongly advise others against engaging with Eigenwijs Makelaars. Robbert de makelaar VanHuyse heeft mijn appartement verkocht. De ondersteuning van Robbert is echt perfect. Hij denkt mee en ziet ook zaken die nog niet aan de orde zijn, maar wel belangrijk om dat mee te nemen. Dit voor een zorgvuldige dossiervorming zodat alles op orde is. Robbert neemt van tijd tot tijd contact op om de voortgang te bespreken. Als er personen in mijn omgeving een makelaar zoekt, dan zal ik met 100% overtuiging zijn naam doorgeven.

Het contact verliep prima. Altijd goed bereikbaar en behulpzaam. Iedereen wens ik zo'n goede makelaar toe!
