Group chat via WhatsApp is also easy. Simply good service, good advice and very customer-focused. Reasonable commission. One point for criticism, communication regarding viewings could be a little better. A cancelled viewing appointment was sometimes not visible on the Move website or wasn't passed on via the WhatsApp group chat. But otherwise very satisfied with M2 Makelaars!

They think along with you, remain calm and try to reassure you when you, as a seller, are tense. Even when I was looking for another property, I experienced that they think along with you and do their utmost to find a home that meets your wishes. The sale of my house went very smoothly. I really liked that after a viewing, they let me know how the viewing had gone via a personal video message. M2 real estate agent did well because my house was sold within a short time!😊

Through word of mouth, we got the tip to contact Karin, and I was incredibly happy about that. Although we ultimately didn't buy a property through GeuS Makelaars, we did have a viewing arranged through them. Despite her full schedule, she was still able to make last-minute time for us because we came all the way from Rotterdam that day. What I liked was that she gives a very honest account of the property and could tell us a lot about it. She clearly provides insight into what still needs to be done, but also what the possibilities are. The house didn't become 'the one', but Karin remained involved and thought along with us. Thanks to her tips, we eventually found our dream home elsewhere. Karin is an excellent professional: expert, honest, clear in her communication and easily accessible, even with her busy schedule. 18 Apr 2025We, as a young couple, went looking for a nice spot. We knew through our advisor what was possible. The chosen property fell within our budget. Nevertheless, the real estate agent claimed that we couldn't afford it. At least, those were their words. Very disrespectful. Luckily, the house was what we were looking for (with the defects later) because you don't come here for information, service, or professionalism. Our designated real estate agent was practically never present at appointments and unreachable by phone. It was then a colleague or substitute to whom we couldn't ask anything. It seems like just anyone can become a real estate agent. The 'Fair Bidding' process is also just a matter of giving the child a name. We had an agreement, yet they preferred to sell the house to someone else. All's well that ends well for us. But we will never choose Versluijs again and we advise everyone against it.
