They also responded incredibly quickly to my WhatsApp messages: usually within an hour, often within minutes. They could advise on neighborhoods, legislation, and knew what to ask during the viewings and what to look out for (for example, tips that I wouldn't think of during the viewing like 'it's a top floor with a flat roof, expect it to get really hot in the summer'). They were very quick at scheduling viewings and communicated well with the selling brokers, so I always knew what the current situation was (let’s think about this for a moment, should we consider making an offer, approximately how much).
