Following an inspection, we were forced to pray (buyer unfriendly), during the inspection it was indicated that the price not only counts but also other points, ultimately we were told that the bid would not be accepted, those other points therefore do not apply and we were wrongly informed. Also, the selling price was not mentioned, hence why we did make the highest offer. Not recommended to do business with.

This caused us to be on the verge of withdrawing as a buyer, after we had already been hanging on the line for three weeks as 'buyers'. Also as a seller, it's nice not to be caught off guard. I doubt this real estate agent can guarantee that. I would certainly never sell my house with this real estate agent. Remarkably enough, the property is still listed as 'Sold subject to conditions' on Funda, 9 months after handover...
