poor communication! answer to the following: that wasn't about that, that hasn't been a problem. Rather the fact that I had to call 3 times to ask if my offer was accepted. Other brokers also thought it was strange to wait 3 days for an answer. We also have another experience where we heard it the next evening already. Also strange that we were allowed to view the house ourselves without the broker, I really don't want that in my house.

Buyers are played against each other by naming amounts and false promises that the house will be granted to you if you increase your bid by a specific amount.
