Very dissatisfied with the real estate agent. The offer for the house had to be submitted via an email, which I did not receive confirmation of; after calling, I was told it would be processed, but a few days later I called again about the status and apparently something went wrong again and they forgot to send an email. I found their treatment by the real estate agent very unprofessional without any insight into their working method.

Think they took on too much work, causing them to pay too little attention to the work they do. Charge for an appraisal at €775,- but then as a customer shouldn't expect them to deliver a good and accurate report. Then stop communicating altogether and 7 months later engage a collection agency after you don't respond to contact.
