Mr. Buurman purchased a car from us and traded in his own vehicle. During the inspection, it appeared that the control arms of his trade-in vehicle were due for replacement. After consultation and with his agreement, we had these works carried out. The arrangement was that Mr. Buurman would pay the costs for this. To date, however, we have not received any payment.
