Don't go into business with this real estate agency. Everything they say they will do (but don't) you can better do yourself. Agreements and commitments are not honored. And even when you verbally agree to cancel the assignment, they refuse to refund the paid amount (in this case €500,-). If you still want to look for a real estate agent? Choose one of the many others, because this one couldn't be worse. Update following hypocritical response from owner: Why don’t you mention that we contacted you and came to the office for a meeting after not having heard anything for half a year? And that we still didn’t hear anything from you afterwards? And that it was promised that refunding of the €500 was always possible, and now suddenly isn't? And why don’t you want to specify on what basis you believe you incurred these costs? And I haven't even mentioned that your 'unique system' (which every NVM real estate agent uses) doesn't work as promised, as demonstrated multiple times with examples.

I can only say one thing about this real estate agency: Go into business with this great team! After purchasing the property, many things turned out to be different than what Zengerink had stated in the sales brochure, including about the underfloor heating. After discovering even more insurmountable issues, I extensively emailed Zengerink, but never received a response - not even on a reminder email. Zengerink sold a 1930s house for my 90-year-old mother. We knew beforehand that this wouldn't be a house for everyone. This due to the fact that much needed to be done, but that the house was worth it. Received honest advice. Initial contact with Liselotte. Also had several contacts in between. The internal staff, as well as the external staff members are very pleasant to deal with. Sold neatly after approximately 5 months. Close to the asking price. I would not have wanted another real estate agency.
