Difficult to get in touch with the real estate agent! When you call, you're told you'll receive a callback, but so far nothing has been heard. Even if you follow up multiple times, you always hear the same thing. The real estate agent also wanted to visit and you make an appointment for them to come by; you stay home all day, but no one shows up. You follow up and again you're told you'll receive a callback, but no one calls back! Poor service! I strongly advise against buying or selling your house through this real estate agent!

Saskia guided us very well in searching and finding a home. We had very specific wishes in a market with little supply and yet we found and purchased the perfect house. It's also really nice that Saskia doesn't just offer a standard package as a buyer's agent, but also custom packages. This makes the price/quality ratio very good.

When we got the chance to build a new house, our house naturally had to be sold. Since we live in Borne, I found it important to find an involved real estate agent from Borne. That's why we called Saskia for the sale of our house. With a lot of doubt about which period would be wise to sell the house due to the unknown delivery date of the construction. House bought. House turns out to have major problems immediately after purchase. Marcel Kon then disappears off the face of the earth. After receiving his commission, he didn't want anything to do with us. Moderate service, poor follow-up, doesn't keep promised appointments.

Responding to emails is extremely slow, telephone contact is poor and they come across as totally unhelpful. Tried to rent a house, were on a viewing, and then all of a sudden it couldn't be done anymore. Would avoid this real estate agent.

Avoid signing any kind of agreement with these people. As mentioned in another review, one problem is enough to be completely ignored. I even had to threaten legal action to get my deposit back, after contacting them multiple times without response. Professionalism is sorely lacking.

Great batch as long as nothing is wrong and you don't need them. If you try to get in touch for a problem, it simply won't work.

The initial conversation was already changed without consultation with another person. Forwarded objects rarely met our requirements. Even with 1 object, a nasty discussion arose in which insistence was placed on an inspection. Ultimately, it did not lead to further collaboration. When we sent the final message that we had found a new construction project, we didn't even receive a response. If you stop communication like this, you really know what worthless people they are.

Terrible company. Sells a property with enormous hidden defects and then washes its hands of it. During the viewing, I was also blatantly lied to regarding things like the underfloor heating, which supposedly worked. After the purchase, an installer discovered that it wasn't even connected. There are outlets in the house without any wiring behind them. All the electrical work is incorrectly wired. The extractor fan was supposed to be connected; I got this in black and white from the real estate agent. Subsequently, I had to hire someone for it and bear the costs myself. Paperwork for the property, such as the questionnaire and list of assets, were not available. Weeks spent chasing after them to finally receive them a week before the transfer. Apparently, I hadn't purchased the floors along with the kitchen appliances. I’ve never experienced such an unorganized mess when buying a house. I would think very carefully before doing business with them!

I rarely write such a quick negative review, but this experience with Petra was so disappointing that I have no choice. Petra behaved in a very unprofessional manner and seemed completely uninterested in our needs. Her unfriendly attitude made the process extremely frustrating and uncomfortable. It is unbelievable that someone in this industry can show so little respect and interest for clients. I strongly advise against Petra to anyone who is serious about buying or selling a house. This is absolutely not recommended!

This is the most rude and least customer-friendly brokerage experience we have ever had, and we have been looking for a house for 2 years already. During the viewing, Petra sat back and we were allowed to view the house ourselves. She was very distant and only answered questions that we asked. The day all bids would be in was the day contact would be made with us. That of course did not happen, which is why I had to call myself. Petra was then incredibly rude, and said “I will contact you”. When I asked if she might know when this would be, the answer was “I don’t know, it could be a week because I still have to discuss with the sellers”. LESS THAN 24 HOURS LATER (!!!) I received a call from Petra saying that our bid had not been accepted. When I asked if we could negotiate, the answer was laughingly “no, the house has already been sold”. A bit strange, since Petra indicated the day before that she had not yet discussed with the sellers. All in all, a brokerage with a smell about it. An absolute no-go! Especially Petra van Werkhoven, appalling treatment of customers, especially in this market! Do not enter into an agreement with this gloomy group.

DISRESPECTFUL PETRA! Last Tuesday I called out of interest for a property. I was immediately treated disrespectfully. It was eight o'clock in the morning and that lady thought it too early. The lady had just finished a night shift and asked me on which continent I would live. Sorry madam, next time you are better off not answering, than answering. Do continue like this, you will soon meet your match. Your unpleasant attitude will be discussed more often in the reviews. Do something about it! But my goodness, it won't be due to the lady.

Real estate agency van Werkhoven sold our house within a week. Petra is enthusiastic, expert and to-the-point. The communication about the bidding process could have been clearer. Ze heeft alles geregeld. Ik heb alleen een handtekening gezet voor de verkoop. Ik heb haar de opdracht gegeven vanwege de de bekendheid met appartementen in Twente. Ze kent de markt uitstekend en ze is zeer representatief.

Vanaf het begin slechte communicatie, kopers die de makelaar stug en onprofessioneel vonden( de kopers van ons huis vertelden zelfs dat wij als verkoper op de open dag ons huis beter hadden gepromoot). Stickers van te laat kregen we via de post en moesten we zelf plakken.

Ontzettend fijne makelaar die realistische verwachtingen geeft en deze ook weet te realiseren. Ze kan heel goed tactisch onderhandelen en strategie uitzetten. En dat weet ze waar te maken.

Communication regarding the house purchase was strange; if you followed up by phone, the responses were short, with little explanation, as if they didn't take my interest in the house seriously. The moment my offer was rejected, the house had already been sold. I was prepared to bid higher or enter into negotiations. But that wasn’t on the table; it was day and it went. I would not recommend this real estate agent, and certainly won’t be selling my house through them in the future. A dishonest game was played here.

Very bad experience with this real estate agent, they are not aware of the defects in the homes they sell. Thanks to Petra from Werkhoven, I have lost more than 12,000 euros. It was only when a legal procedure was started that someone could suddenly be sent to look at it on their terms, no consultation possible for other times, you just have to take another day off then, only during working hours, impossible for working people. But contacting them yourself and acknowledging mistakes is out of the question. No good words about this real estate agent! Scandalous practices, especially in these times! Sellers will be happy indeed but please pay very close attention if you buy from this real estate agent! Nice talk where not a single bit is true! I don't wish anyone the misery they brought me! So, I came back from a cold fair when I contacted them this morning to inquire about an apartment. Frankly ridiculous how Petra spoke to me. Going into details seems unnecessary to me, because the other reviews on Google speak volumes. I hope that the investors' club that uses this office scratches its head a few times and then takes the hare's path, because if this is the party that represents you, I certainly can’t take them seriously.
