Prettig en vriendelijk contact gehad gedurende het hele verkoopproces. Mijn woning is uiteindelijk succesvol verkocht, waar ik blij mee ben. Wel had ik op sommige momenten wat meer proactiviteit en betrokkenheid verwacht op het gebied van marketing en zichtbaarheid. Daardoor voelde het soms een beetje afwachtend. Maar al met al een goede ervaring.

A somewhat late review. We thought we were buying a house of 124 m², and even after many questions and calculations which showed that the dimensions did not add up, it became clear that they had incorrectly listed the size on Funda; it should have been 117 m². Years later, we brought the house up to the expected size ourselves, but the asking price was absolutely much higher than it should have been, without any compensation. Later on, it also turned out that there were various things broken, which had not been reported. Be careful with this real estate agent and always double-check everything with a reliable intermediary.

The communication is on a high level, and also nice personally, yet again discreet. They have purchased another home for me and sold my current home. This was a particular assignment in this challenging market. My wishes for an apartment in the center of Alkmaar were not easy. Also, the sale of my rather special villa in Heerhugowaard was not easy. Yet these two stars managed to get the best price from the market, both in the purchase and sale. The entire process went perfectly. I am extremely satisfied and wholeheartedly recommend Samenmakelaardij.

You can rely on Anca; she is knowledgeable and communicates well. Anca will call you back and keeps to the agreed appointment or calls you if she's later due to traffic. That seems normal, but from my experience it isn’t always the case with a real estate agent. With her, you know 'it will be alright' even if the sale takes longer than you hoped. She also ensures good communication with the buyer so that they don’t drop out somewhere halfway through the process. In short, go into business with Anca and 'it comes go…

Anca is a real estate agent with an eye and heart for the people she deals with. She thinks along about what is possible for you and uses her experience as a real estate agent in the constantly changing housing market. Her strength is the combination of a warm, empathetic personality with great expertise.

I don't like the 'passing the buck' mentality in stores but also not in service provision. When my wife and I were looking for a house, we had quite a bit to deal with regarding real estate agents. One of them told us first to figure out/view the house and if we wanted to buy it, she would help us with the paperwork. We couldn't leave search requests with her. Apparently, things are going too well for the real estate agents! Ultimately, we ended up with ViaAnca Makelaardij, where we were calmly and very professionally addressed by Anca Zweers-Been. She listens first (!), then she quickly thinks and then gives an answer that matters. And if she had to find something out before answering, she did so and then gave an answer. Instead of saying: “can’t do it sir”, “is no longer made sir” and all those other possibilities… And I don't want anything more. She mediated on our behalf, keeping all parties satisfied; you have to be able to do that! In conclusion, you could say that Anca doesn't need to mask incompetence with terribly many words that are irrelevant; she has been doing this for a long time and you feel it as a customer too. If I wanted to buy a new house every week (pffff!) I would visit Anca every week, Hats off!
