The real estate agent lied blatantly about the terms and conditions surrounding the rental of an apartment. There was no one within the company who even blinked, let alone offered an apology when I pointed out that their agents were knowingly providing incorrect information. Subsequently treated quite rudely regarding the termination of the lease agreement and further processing. Disgraceful company. Oh, and an addition to the response below: nicely fabricated, but it's about the hard lies and false promises that the real estate agent presented to us during the viewing to convince us to take the property. We wanted to list the property quickly on Funda, before the vacation. Initially, the timeline was too late but after contact it was nicely adjusted, resulting in everything still being on time on Funda. The staff of Leef were very helpful and maintained good contact. They thought well with us. The photographer and valuation via Leef were also satisfactory in the sale...

Mistakes were made and I had to provide the same information multiple times, which was very frustrating. This doesn’t exactly inspire confidence, especially when it comes to something important like buying or selling a home. All in all, I would absolutely not recommend this real estate agent. Customer friendliness and carefulness don't seem to be a priority here.
