Corno is een makelaar in hart en nieren. Vanaf het eerste moment zagen we hoeveel passie en enthousiasme hij voor zijn vak heeft. Voor de verkoop van onze woning hebben we meerdere makelaars uitgenodigd, en eerlijk gezegd waren we behoorlijk verbaasd over de aanpak van de meesten. Ze liepen een rondje door het huis, vertelden wat over Funda, pakten een meetlint erbij en gaven aan voor welk bedrag de woning volgens hen online moest komen. Toen kwam Corno van Brandjes Makelaars. Hij was totaal anders. Hij was niet alleen bezig met “het huis verkopen”, maar dacht echt met ons mee over hoe we meerwaarde konden creëren en hoe we een zo groot mogelijk bereik konden realiseren in de Zaanstreek én Amsterdam. Hij zag het helemaal voor zich: dronebeelden door de straat, over het dakterras richting onze woning alles om ons huis perfect in beeld te brengen. Natuurlijk vertelde hij ook iets over Funda, maar dat was voor hem duidelijk niet het belangrijkste verkoopargument. Zijn creativiteit, visie en oprechte betrokkenheid sprongen er echt met kop en schouders bovenuit. Nog dezelfde dag hebben we gebeld om aan te geven dat we met Brandjes verder wilden. Aan alles merk je dat Corno een echte makelaar is die met je meedenkt en volledig voor het beste resultaat gaat. En dat resultaat was er ook: ons huis was binnen één week verkocht! Wij zijn ontzettend tevreden en raden Brandjes Makelaars aan iedereen aan.

Brantjes was de derde makelaar die wij in de hand namen, nadat onze woning al een half jaar te koop stond. Dit was de beste keuze die we hadden kunnen maken. Ze zijn professioneel en communiceren goed. Na ruim 50 bezichtigingen met de vorige twee makelaars waar geen serieuze bieding uit kwam, hebben we via Brantjes na enkele weken 4 biedingen ontvangen (!). De woning is inmiddels verkocht voor een erg goede verkoopprijs, boven de vraagprijs. Zeker een aanrader!
