On June 11, 2020, I had a viewing for a property. In my haste, I forgot to ask about the completion date. Upon arriving home, I called ERA Hoofddorp office and passed my question on to the receptionist. I was told I would receive a call back. Still no response that same day, so I called the receptionist again the next day. Again, she said she would pass this on and I would be called back. Today is Saturday and you guessed it.....still not called back. It baffles me how ERA Hoofddorp treats prospective buyers. According to their website, the formula of this real estate agent is characterized by customer satisfaction. I wonder how they arrive at that? I am far from satisfied!! Unfortunately, there's no other way than to select a star. I would have preferred to have the option of not having to click on ANY star...

Super bad and unfriendly. If you, as an entrepreneur, come to Zwanenburg in Zwanenburg to start a business, I wouldn't do that. I walked in to ask about a store that is coming available for rent and was confronted by a young man with “you’re the aggressive boy, that’s how I know you” like what?!? I did have a conflict back then and the reason for it is exactly how they approach customers and especially how they deal with foreigners. I won't let myself be driven away by you, make sure you know that. I have my house and my store here. Nothing is allowed to you and they are the biggest racists. The way you’re addressed is really ridiculous. Regret that I ever had business dealings with these people back then because of buying a house and renting a store and that they earned something through me. Because nothing at all is allowed to me by this party. They want to make themselves and their surroundings big, foreigners NO WAY! First learn how to welcome customers and how to treat good customers. Instead of making such remarks to customers who want to do business and make this small village more well-known/cozy. I don’t need that store anymore either, just give it to your fellow villagers. Fake smiling in your face but it's so obvious that you are full of racism inside.
