They say they will put our house on social media and don't do it, we have to call them 3 times to receive a blank list of items, send incorrect payment reminders... mistakes can happen but this is structural. I think that because of this, we didn't get the optimal price for our house.

This is by far the worst rental company I have ever dealt with. They have no customer focus, but are only focused on getting your money. And of course, they won't tolerate any criticism.
