Unfortunately, no positive experience with this broker. In a completely chaotic market, they seem eager to add fuel to the fire. We had contact three times regarding the purchase of a property. During these contacts, it was repeatedly stated that we 'would have to overbid' and that we 'should consider' the asking price as a starting price.
