Het gedrag van het makelaarskantoor is verdacht. Ze zetten ons onder druk om een koopovereenkomst te tekenen zonder belangrijke informatie over de woning te delen. Volgens hen zijn de officiële documenten in orde en beschikbaar, maar ze hebben die nooit aan ons doorgestuurd. Zelfs de documenten die wettelijk verplicht zijn, hebben we al meerdere keren opgevraagd, maar daar geven ze telkens geen duidelijk antwoord op. Er klopt hier duidelijk iets niet.

Bad realtor sold to new owner, no success. Lies constantly, not fair. Previous owner you could go to for an honest answer. This one lets everything run its course and the person who does the rentals lies about everything too. Pay close attention to what you agree on before you know it they'll twist it around and suddenly can't find the contract anymore. Only think of themselves, not the customer. Keep everything.

Asked a couple of times to send confirmation of appointment to my email address, but they don't, while they have my correct email address, or they are unprofessional or because of my last name.

Terrible! They literally do everything to sell (false promises), constantly point fingers at the contractor (box wall story), and completely back out after signing. Unbelievable.

Does not honor appointments. Sales brochure is simply incorrect. Misleading brochure. Spaces do not match what is being sold. Quick, smooth sales talk from Tom. Contractor and realtor pointing fingers. They say there will be a green roof terrace as in the brochure, but not even a water connection has been made to the roof terrace. How then??? Cutbacks on everything, not even a water connection has been made to the roof terrace, how can you give anything water. No electricity, now done by the VvE at our expense on the roof terrace. Mailboxes are being installed indoors - how stupid can you be as a contractor. You really are an idiot for doing that, I can't receive mail anymore, what morons! Ik heb een fantastische ervaring gehad met Sam. Gedurende het hele proces heeft hij vrijwel alle vragen en communicatie afgehandeld, waardoor de aankoop van een appartement veel minder stressvol voor me was: ik hoefde alleen maar naar de bezichtiging te gaan en te beslissen of ik het appartement leuk vond. A very disappointing experience. I was still open to renting the property, but instead of a conversation I got a fine immediately. No willingness to discuss or find a solution – only a cold, automated response. That's not how you treat serious customers.

Extremely rude and passive-aggressive communication. I explained that I had problems with the fact that I hadn't received a response for two weeks after asking whether they could be of service to us at all. They answered that they would check our documents. That didn't happen. When I pointed out that the communication was confusing, I was told not to point fingers and that in the future I should read the agreements. Really disrespectful.
